Services:

• I am a California licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Trauma Specialist, and a Board Certified Expert in Traumatic Stress. My work involves the provision of Critical Incident Response services to business and industry in Los Angeles and surrounding counties usually on behalf of an affected employer's Employee Assistance Program (EAP). To date, I have completed approximately 900 field responses. My most common type of response occurs after a workplace has experienced the death of an employee; however, I am experienced in responding to many other types of incidents, including armed bank and retail robberies, downsizings, difficult terminations, domestic violence,  employee deaths due to industrial accidents/natural causes/suicide/homicide, multiple and mass fatality (including September 11^th), transportation accidents (privately-owned vehicles, bus, rail, and aviation), natural disaster (including Hurricane Katrina), patient assaults on staff, organ transplant incidents, difficult patient deaths (including patient suicide), infant deaths, vandalism, death threats, abduction/homicide, embezzlement, and one fatal mountaineering accident.

• Because I am fully committed to providing these services, I do not maintain an office or see affected employees anywhere other than at their place of employment during a contracted response.
